Services

Air Conditioning Servicing

The following steps are performed by the air conditioning technician during servicing:

	The refrigerant is discharged.
	The system is evacuated with a double stage high performance vacuum pump to remove air and moisture.
	Visual inspection of all components, monitoring of connection and drive elements as well as wiring and operating elements.
	The system is recharged with the correct amount of refrigerant specified by the manufacturer.
	A functional and leak test is carried out on the whole system.
	The results of the individual test steps are documented.

Optional but highly recommended:

	The filter/dryer is replaced (every 2 years).
	The interior filter is checked/replaced (annually or every 15,000km)

Degas/Regas

Degas simply involves the removal of the refrigerant from your AC system into one of our specially dedicated recovery cylinders. Once full, these cylinders are taken to the refrigerant wholesaler for proper disposal.

Regas includes recharging of your air conditioning system with the correct amount of virgin refrigerant as specified by the vehicles manufacturer.

Repair

If the fault is not known the diagnosis of customer's system is carried out. Once the fault is found the quote for the cost of the repair is provided together with the explanation of the fault.
